1. Communications with the Customers: We consider binding
agreements only the ones made by email, not by phone.
2. Prices (booking by email and deposit): The official rates are the ones
you can see on the table in the page Prices of our website www.frallarenza.it.
Rates are per apartment and per night, and based on the number of people housed in the
apartment, and include breakfast for the first day (to be intended as the supply of
ingredients and all necessary to prepare breakfast in your own apartment), sheets and
towels, water, heating set to 21 °C (70 F), air conditioning set to 25 °C (77 F),
electricity, final cleaning and VAT tax.

Prices are an integral part of the general conditions. So
they are accepted at the time of booking.
3. Prices (online booking in real time through our website or Tripadvisor): If you choose the online booking in real time through our website or Tripadvisor through the "FreeToBook" platform, prices are 5 euro per night higher than those at the point 2.
4. Deposit: To confirm your reservation we ask a deposit (from 10% to 30%) the amount of which will be notified by email upon booking, which depends on the
total amount of the stay.
5. Deposit Payments: We accept only payment in Euro currency. The
deposit may be paid by:
- Bank Transfer
- Transferwise.com
- Paypal.com adding 4% to cover Paypal fees

Write the dates of stay booked on the reason for payment.
To pay by Paypal you need to add 4% to cover the Paypal fee.
6. Balance Payments: We accept only payment in Euro currency. The
balance (difference) can be paid:
- on arrival in cash if the amount is less than 3,000.00 euro
- on arrival by bank transfer (also through Transferwise.com) or by Paypal.com (to send to
info@frallarenza.it) adding 4% to cover the Paypal fee
We do not accept Credit or Cash Cards to pay the balance at Frallarenza.
To pay by Paypal you need to add 4% to cover the Paypal fee.
7. Reservation Confirm: As soon as we receive the payment in our bank
account or Paypal.com account, will confirm your reservation with an email.
8. Cancellation policy: If you will cancel your reservation we do not
refund the deposit.
9. Claims: All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services
will first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding. In the event
such negotiations and mutual understanding fail, Perugia is the competent forum for all disputes, claims and litigation. All claims must be submitted in writing or via
email within 30 days after the end of the services.
10. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any
time; the new conditions and/or prices will come into force as soon as published on
our site www.frallarenza.it. |
